Review Opportunities & Decide
As deals arise, you'll have the opportunity to ask questions, analyze, and decide which, if any, meet your investment criteria. There's no pressure or hard selling. You're in control the whole way.
Review and Sign Paperwork
Once you've made your decision, we send a set of documents that comply with SEC Regulations. By signing you become an owner of the LLC that will purchase the property. The rights and responsibilities of the owners is spelled out in the document (called a Private Placement Memorandum).
SIT BACK AND RECEIVE MAILBOX MONEY
Once we receive your investment, we put your money to work and keep you informed regularly. We usually send profit distributions each quarter, and annual tax documents.
